Housing Programs (7)

Transitional and permanent housing options in scattered-site and project based locations for individuals and families experiencing problems with mental illness, substance use, or co-occurring disorders.

Supportive services for each program can include case management, recovery support and/or peer support as well as access to outpatient counseling and medication management.

Glide: Rental assistance for single adults who are experiencing both homelessness and co-occurring disorders.

Permanent Housing Project: Rental assistance for single adults who are experiencing homelessness and problems with substance use, serious mental illness, or co-occurring disorders.

Shelter Plus Care: Project based rental assistance for single adults who are chronically homeless and experiencing problems with serious mental illness, substance dependence, or co-occurring disorders.

Supportive Living: One and two bedroom apartments for single adults or families who are experiencing problems with serious mental illness or co-occurring disorders. Priority given to individuals transitioning out of the Lincoln Regional Center, Crisis Center or other emergency levels of care.

Overland Trail Apartments: Section 811 housing assistance in one bedroom apartments for adults experiencing problems with serious mental illness or co-occurring disorders.

Transitions: Independent living apartments for transition age adults, 18-24, who are experiencing homelessness and problems with substance use, mental illness, or co-occurring disorders.

Veterans PHP: Rental assistance for Veterans who are experiencing homelessness and problems with mental illness, substance use, or co-occurring disorders.
