Campus for Health & WellBeing

Mondays-Fridays
8:00am-5:00pm

As CenterPointe’s mission and services have continued to grow, there is a lack of space to serve all the people who need it. In 2019, we discovered the solution to providing more and better services to the community at 11th and South Streets and purchased the historic Trabert Hall. Since that time, we have been planning an extensive restoration of the building, including:

  • A new Crisis Response Center and conference and meeting space for CenterPointe and the community on the Garden Level. This will serve as a welcoming space and include a full-service “teaching kitchen” for people to learn to prepare healthy meals.
  • A state-of-the-art, fully integrated health clinic offering mental health, substance care, primary care, and pharmacy services, all under one roof. There is also reserved space for vision and other specialty care moving forward.
  • A programmatic home for staff to provide support to the clinical program, including therapists, care managers, and peer support.
  • Two floors of 32 affordable housing units dedicated to CenterPointe’s psychiatric residential rehabilitation program, Community Transitions, and apartments for people in service who are low-income and need support as they fully restore their health.

The campaign will also add a 6,000-square-foot addition to serve as a lobby and transition area for the building. Finally, inviting and fun outdoor spaces will create a healing and enriching environment in the core of the neighborhood.

This health and well-being center will have a tremendous positive impact on the community, giving people the tools and resources they need to build resiliency and live their best life possible.
