CenterPointe receives the Fair Housing Award
CenterPointe is proud to announce we have been selected to receive the Fair Housing Award from the Lincoln Commission on Human Rights!
The Fair Housing Award is awarded each year to a person or organization that has made significant contribution to providing equal opportunity in the field of housing.
This may include:
- A demonstrated commitment to fair housing activities
- The use of new and creative means to fight housing discrimination, prejudice and the effects of past housing discrimination
- The fostering of intergroup relations by promoting mutual respect, understanding, cultural awareness and appreciation in business, education, government, religion and other areas of civic endeavor
Consumers have positively reported their progress in treatment is largely due to the care given by staff members. Staff members work directly with consumers to create a personalized treatment plan based on each individual's circumstance.
With the hard work of the CenterPointe staff members and our 7 housing programs, we are continuing to recover lives and restore hope.
The management team of our housing programs, Dennis Hoffman and Denise Packard, will be accepting the award during the Lincoln Commission on Human Rights conference, April 30th.
