Monday, October 1st nearly 200 people gathered at Embassy Suites to celebrate and support recovery.
The evening featured stories from several people who have graduated from CenterPointe services. Attendees were moved by these stories and by the key note speaker, Laura Lawless who shared her own story of recovery.
"It's so important to highlight stories that show us how recovery can impact lives. We work with some of the most ill people in our community. But, people do get better and stay well. Recovery is possible," Topher Hansen, CenterPointe Executive Director.
During the evening Allied Insurance - a Nationwide Company was recognized for their exemplary service to the community. Mark Scheve accepted the award and shared words encouraging the audience to get engaged in community service.
