CenterPointe Crisis Response
CenterPointe is now providing the community crisis line previously provided by Community Mental Health Center. This line will provide 24/7 crisis response for suicide, mental health and substance use crisis in Lincoln and Lancaster County.
The number for the CenterPointe Crisis Response is 402-475-6695. Walk-in crisis services are available at our Outpatient facility, 100 S 13th St, during regular business hours.
Meet the Crisis Response therapists!
Kim Charron, LIMHP, RN has 18 years of experience as a mental health therapist, and has been a registered nurse for 36 years. She is trained in crisis care counseling, and has been a member of a nationwide organization that responds to crisis in the workplace and community, as well as experience working in a Crisis Stabilization Unit which did triage, detoxification and mental health respite care.
Debra Knight, LMHP, LADC, PC, has owned and directed a substance use treatment center; worked as a family interventionist; an adjunct college instructor; a certified mediator; an EAP counselor, and in a psychiatric hospital working with those dealing with severe and persistent mental illness. In her private practice Debra has focused on relationship counseling; co-dependency; anger management; depression; anxiety; substance use, and other addictive-like issues such as eating disorders, pornography, and gambling.
