Project Homeless Connect Needs Volunteers
Project Homeless Connect Lincoln will be held on Tuesday, September 29th at the Pinnacle Bank Arena. Volunteers can serve a morning shift from 9:30 am-noon, an afternoon shift from noon-3:30 pm, or a full day from 9:30 am-3:30 pm. Over 300 volunteers are needed!
PHCL is a one-day, one-stop event where individuals and families who are homeless are able to receive a wide variety of immediate, on-site services and support for unmet needs. Last year a total of 361 guests came through the Pinnacle Bank Arena to receive services and care.
PHCL is sponsored by the Lincoln Homeless Coalition and will again be held in partnership with the Stand Down sponsored by Veterans Affairs Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System.
