March 2020 Team Players
In her “million” years with CenterPointe, Kristi has never balked at taking on extra responsibility or duties. She works hard to learn new tasks, and in the last month, has gone so above and beyond what most people could imagine. When we were without kitchen staff, she jumped in even before she could be asked. She took the helm, onboarded a new cook, and continued to manage tasks from her day to day while cooking for at least 8 hours M-F. She has pitched in without complaint and exemplifies what it means to be a team player! Congratulations, Kristi!
Kye has had a tremendous positive impact since he started at CenterPointe. His presence is always noted in a room, and apparently even over the phone. Last week he received kudos from an upset referral source as the one “bright spot” he interacted with that day. Whenever Kye enters the room – whether it is because of his irresistable smile, loud and boisterous laugh, his physical presence, or his warm words of encouragement – he instills positivity to everyone around him. This employee has built an amazing team within his program, along with a culture of recognition and appreciation. This time, the appreciation turns towards him. Congratulations, Kye, for being named Team Player of the Month!
